Louise and James’s wedding photography at the Church of the Holy Name, Betchworth and wedding reception at Hartsfield Manor in Surrey.

Today I’d like you to meet Louise and James, who were recently married in Betchworth, Surrey. I hadn’t formally met Louise until quite recently and it was only after we started talking about wedding bookings that we realised we had sort of met before. I’d photographed Louise’s cousin Nina’s wedding to Giles, back in 2008!
Karen and I met Louise in Claygate where she was getting ready along with Mum, Dad and her bridesmaids. Louise was super-calm and collected, so this was a lovely mellow start to the day. Once we’d taken our shots of the wedding dress, shoes, flowers and of course the bride herself, we then headed off to the church in Esher. James looked resplendent in his kilt and was clearly enjoying the day. The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch and we then we moved on to the reception at Hartsfield Manor. Hartsfield Manor is a charming manor house with lovely grounds for our wedding photos.
So let’s show you a few previews from the day then:

So there you are… just a few previews. We have lots more to come for Louise and James when they return from honeymoon. Exceptionally lucky with the weather, and a lovely day all round. I hope you’ve enjoyed the previews – and of course, we welcome your comments below.
Here’s another lovely wedding day at Hartsfield Manor.
