Addington Palace Wedding Photography Croydon
Addington Palace Wedding Photography Croydon. Sam and Luke’s wedding day at Addington Palace, Croydon in Surrey. Today’s wedding took place on the hottest day during the heatwave at the beginning of August! When Rob and I arrived at the palace, Luke was in shorts helping to put up the balloons and Sam was having hair and make-up applied by Nicola. The fans were on full blast!
The wedding ceremony took place in the Winter Garden room, which was beautifully bedecked in flowers. In fact, with so many flowers inside and the full force of the sun beaming in through the huge windows, the room felt almost as hot as a greenhouse! After the wedding ceremony was complete, most guests made their way out to the garden and grounds, although some also opted to stay in the bar out of the sun because of the intense heat on the day – and who can blame them! One way or another, everyone was enjoying themselves. The children had a bouncy castle – did they mind that it was over 30 degrees? Of course they didn’t: they happily bounced to their hearts’ content.

All the rooms looked amazing, beautifully decorated with fresh white flowers. The supplier of these beautiful arrangements for the wedding ceremony and the table centre-pieces is Rachel Morgan Wedding Flowers. You’ll see from the images below, they looked spectacular. The venue styling i.e. the lovely arch in the ceremony room and the curtains in the Great Hall wedding breakfast area were supplied by the very friendly Jennifer of Beyond Expectations who are a local wedding supplier based in Croydon.
A quick mention for Graham Beacon, master of ceremonies, for the wedding. Graham did a grand job of organising things on the day and ensuring events ran to time.

After some entertaining speeches, our coverage was done so Rob and I left the couple to continuing enjoying their wedding day. We wish them all the very best for the future.
