Winter wedding photography Oaks Farm Croydon: Jennifer and Jack’s Christmas wedding at Oaks Farm Barn in Croydon, Surrey. Today’s wedding had fun at its heart. A fun-loving and very smiley couple who really wanted their guests to enjoy the celebration of their marriage.

The girls were getting ready when Rob and I arrived and laughter was evident from the outset. We had already met Jen and Jack for a pre-wedding photoshoot and we were as relaxed with them as they were with us. There was plenty of laughter on that day too.

The wedding ceremony was held at St. Andrew’s in Thornton Heath. From there, the friends and family headed to Oaks Farm in Shirley for drinks and the wedding breakfast.

This was a wedding with a difference. Jen and Jack organised some reindeer to share their day, since Christmas Day was literally round the corner.

We were able to venture outside with the newlyweds, since the weather was pretty mild, it meant we were able to get outside and do a few formals. After that, some bride and groom portraits too, without the couple freezing in the process.
