A wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel, London

Hi all,
Today we’d like to show you a wedding at The Four Seasons Hotel in Canary Wharf overlooking the River Thames, London.
An usually late booking for us and not having met the bride and groom before the day of the wedding, this was going to be an interesting day! Starting out nice and early to avoid the London traffic, Karen and I got to the hotel in plenty of time so we could take some getting ready shots of our bride, then went to meet the groom and his groomsmen back in the lobby, away from the girls.
The civil wedding ceremony was followed by a traditional tea ceremony, then a few formal photos of family and some nice informal pictures of guests as they enjoyed drinks in the afternoon. A quick circuit outside with the newlyweds and we were surprised to see the sun was now beaming down steadily upon us.
Once we’d taken our photos of our couple alone, we went back inside to cover the reception which had a distinctly Turkish feel to it. With delicious Turkish food on the menu, and a band that played a mixture of Turkish and contemporary music, the day was full of fun, laughter and dancing. Let’s show you a few pictures then:

So there you are! As always, I hope you’ve enjoyed the previews here and your comments are of course welcome. Congratulations to the bride and groom, and thank you for your hospitality on your very special day.
All the best,
Rob.

Robert, these shots are absolutely stunning. And I love the one of the shoes, it’s a masterpiece.
