Well, if it’s not actually spring-time yet it’s definitely very nearly, almost, soon-to-be springtime, anyway… and if you’re anything like me I bet you can’t wait!
Today I’d like to share a few photos from Lucy and Dave’s pre wedding shoot that we snuck in at the end of last week. After so much cold and horrible weather, we managed to get really lucky on the afternoon of our shoot, with the sun shining brightly and temperatures well above what they were just a week or so ago. Winter and early spring are always a bit of a challenge for pre-wedding shoots, not only because of the temperatures and weather but also because the environment can look so drab if you don’t shoot it quite carefully.
Let’s take a look at a few of our photos from the shoot then:

As soon as I spotted it, I couldn’t resist asking Dave if he’d have a little play on this rope swing – and if I’m completely honest he didn’t exactly resist the idea much either!

Our couple proved well up to the task of giving me some lovely natural poses, as we walked and talked generally about their plans for the upcoming wedding at Northbrook Park in April. As you can see, they relaxed very quickly and were a pleasure to photograph…

That’s it for now then. A big “well done” to Lucy and Dave, and I can’t wait to shoot the wedding for you soon.
Roll on summer-time!
Rob.
