Last Saturday – 5th July 2008, Kevin and I were lucky enough to be photographing the wedding of Lisa and Bill. You may remember today’s couple from their pre-wedding photos at Portchester Castle a few weeks ago.
Well, after a full week of rain forecast by the BBC, the wedding day came along and the weather was gorgeous! Meeting Lisa and the girls in Fareham, we shot a number of detail shots as they prepared themselves for the day ahead. Lisa remained calm throughout and was a pleasure to photograph.
The marriage took place at St Johns Church, Locksheath followed by a lovely reception at East Horton Golf Club. It was a lovely day all round and we shot some great pictures for our happy couple – so without further ado let’s show you some – starting with a lovely high key image of the wedding dress…

Looks great doesn’t it? Here’s one of the girls – Mum making some last minute makeup adjustments…

Right before the off… and still calm.

Here’s Bill. Well, sort of anyway! Cool cufflinks for the best man 🙂

…and some great guests, really enjoying themselves.

We took a short trip via golf buggies and posed in front of the lake, while the local golfers looked on bemused…

I love this next one…

Bill’s best catalogue pose – very dapper!

Well that’s it for now. There’s plenty more where those came from but you’ll have to wait until Lisa and Bill are back from honeymoon – then the main galleries will go online here:

I hope you enjoyed the previews on the blog here – and as always, your comments are welcomed.
Well done guys, and a big congratulations to you both. Have a great honeymoon!
All the best,
