Kent Wedding Photography at Cooling Castle Barn. Another blazing sunny day for the wedding of Katie and Daniel which took place at Cooling Castle Barn in Kent.
Katie and Dan’s wedding day had a relaxed and intimate feel. Katie was one of the few brides so far this year who has been ready and in her dress, well before she had informed us she would be. A most unusual occurrence.
The whole day had a lovely tranquil feel to it. The couple both thoroughly enjoyed their special day amongst their friends and family and plenty of sunshine. Let’s start with Dan ironing his shirt to make sure he looks as dapper as possible for his bride-to-be.

The day was so relaxed in fact that Dan had time to greet some friends and enjoy a pint before the wedding ceremony. A ritual which I’m sure helped to calm any nerves he may have felt.

An encouraging smile from the best man for the groom as his bride approaches. The ceremony was held in the Fathom Barn, always full of character with its lovely high exposed beams and natural brickwork.

Carrying on with the relaxed feel, Rob and I took a walk with the new married couple out to the Kent countryside. A perfect setting for some lovely shots of them together as man and wife. Dan was definitely the ‘cat that got the cream’!

Love the atmosphere created by the lovely decoration and warm twinkly lights of the Tithe Barn at Cooling Castle.

We left Katie and Dan enjoying their wedding breakfast. I’m sure the party that followed was one enjoyed by all. The hog roast was smelling quite delicious by the time we departed for home.
Congratulations to you both!
