Wedding photography Hampshire.  Cathryn and Gareth’s wedding at The Elvetham, Hook in Hampshire. The Elvetham is a beautiful country house surrounded by acres of beautiful grounds and gardens

It was a beautiful day for this lovely wedding.  The couple were very lucky since it was a day in May, which as we all know can be unpredictable, but bingo – the sun was out.  The girls were in good spirits and busy getting ready when Rob and I joined them.

All was as planned until Dad arrived to see his daughter.  Cathryn was so overcome by emotion from then until during the ceremony I’m surprised her make-up stayed looking so perfect. I’m sure you will agree that Cathryn looked radiant, despite her tears!

Once the ceremony was underway, the nerves and excitement calmed and Cathryn was all smiles again.  The glass of champagne immediately after the ceremony will have helped too!

As you can see the guests ventured outside with their drinks since it was such a lovely day.  The wedding breakfast held some really funny but also some really poignant moments.  All in all, it was a fabulous wedding.  They couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Wedding Breakfast

After a romantic first dance, it was time for Rob and me to depart.  As you can see, the guests were warming up for a good night ahead by the time we left.
