Wedding photography at Cooling Castle Barn

The marriage of Kirsty Hanford and James Taylor at Cooling Castle Barn in Rochester, Kent. We have a lovely wedding to share with you today… and one we didn’t even expect to be shooting until quite literally a few days before the big event. As a professional wedding photographer, I’m pleased to be part of a collective of like-minded professionals who amongst other things, support each other by helping out when needed. A call went out for a very short notice need after an unavoidable medical emergency left Kirsty and James in need of a photographer – and this is where Karen and I stepped in.

Not only were we happy to help, but we were also pleased to find Kirsty and James to be one of the loveliest couples one could hope to work for… totally down to earth and really easy to get along with. Let’s take a look at a few of our favourite photos from the wedding day:

Always quick to laughter, a slightly stubborn ring that didn’t want to go on right away wasn’t going to stop this bride enjoying her wedding ceremony!
