Studio dog photography in Sussex
We are SO behind with our blog!
Truth be told, we realised a while back that we simply don’t have the time to write blog posts for so many of the weddings and portraits we cover. Getting the images edited and provided to our customers is always our first priority. So we decided to give the blog a break to concentrate on the things that need doing first.
We didn’t want to abandon our faithful blog altogether though. So it’s time to start posting a few select images again. To follow our more recent work more closely, you may also want to follow our Instagram account at roberthooperphotography. Our Instagram has also been pretty lonely recently – but we plan to fix this, going forwards!
So… to kick things off again we thought we’d post a simple, gorgeous dog portrait we did a while ago. For this image, we were looking to take a great dog portrait of three dogs altogether. Something to hang on the wall in a beautiful frame, and keep for posterity!
We were really pleased with the resulting image. This was taken from a set that included a number of individual portraits of each dog as well as the “family dog portrait” shown above. Each dog had his own character, and things were definitely not as calm as they look in the picture. The effort was certainly worth it though!
We love creating memorable dog portraits – both in the studio and outdoors on location. Sadly, all too often, these are left too late. However, a professional dog portrait is a wonderful thing to have taken at any time of your dog’s life.
Our dog portraits can be either a ‘posed’ look like above, or taken in a completely informal way as your dog enjoys running around the park or lanes. Either way, we can create the perfect dog portrait for you to keep forever.
