Staff are courteous and polite, and the venue has an air of efficiency.  Almost certainly due to the vast experience the hotel has in hosting wedding receptions both large and small. Indeed, this popular venue is able to hold multiple weddings within the grounds at the same time during summer months.  Therefore, be sure to let your wedding guests, photographer and other vendors know which room they’ll be able to find you in so they don’t find themselves at the wrong wedding!

The Estate sits in its own grounds with plenty of parking.  The facilities, and gardens to the rear which are well kept and make a fine backdrop for your family photos. Other more open areas lend themselves well to some romantic pictures of the bride and groom.

Inside you’ll find a variety of different sized rooms.  Some vast and capable of catering for many guests, whilst others offer a more intimate feel and are suitable for smaller weddings.  Ornate decorative chandeliers hang from panelled ceilings, some with beams and others without. From a photographer’s point of view, wedding photography can be quite interesting and varied, with a number of photographic opportunities on offer, both inside and out.
