Kingswood Golf and Country Club Wedding Photography Surrey.  Joanna and John’s wedding day at Kingswood Golf Club in Tadworth, Surrey.  A lovely warm September day for Joanna and John’s civil ceremony.  Rob and I started with the bride and bridesmaids in the morning who were in full swing getting ready when we arrived.  Hair and make-up for everyone.  Everything was calm and seemed to be running on time.

John was downstairs welcoming friends and family and pointing them to the bar area before they were ushered to the ceremony room for the wedding itself.  Joanna seemed calm, although there was a last-minute hitch with all the girls searching for the flower girl’s basket of petals.  Unfortunately, It wasn’t to be found so the bridal party headed off without it.

Ceremony

The ceremony was lovely and went without a hitch.  Once the legalities were completed, everyone headed outside for reception drinks and canapes.  A magician was circulating for guests’ entertainment whilst Rob and I did a handful of family formal groups.

After the wedding breakfast and speeches followed the “singing waiters”.  The singers are disguised as staff and then after the meal, surprise everyone by breaking into song!  The wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed the sing-along.  I would recommend these guys to really get a party started and get the guests singing and clapping along.  Their finale was the lift from the film Dirty Dancing – that was a sight to behold!

Rob and I stayed a little longer into the night than we generally would, but Joanna and John wanted pictures of their guests enjoying the dancing, the photo booth, and the waffle cart, as well as the buffet food laid on for the evening.

Another super wedding with a really lovely couple who thoroughly enjoyed their wedding day – and evening!
