Claire and Terry’s wedding day at the Arora International Hotel

Another wedding for you to look at!

Saturday 2nd August, and here we have Claire and Terry making their vows at the Arora International Hotel, Gatwick.

Unusually, I’d not met Claire and Terry before the wedding day. Kev and I arrived to find Claire, Mum and bridesmaids all enjoying the morning’s preparations. We started right away, getting some lovely detail shots of Claire’s dress, flowers and other nik-naks;

Of course, the dress really comes alive when it’s on our bride! Here’s Claire, just into her dress – with Mum neatly sidestepping the train in the background!

Terry waits anxiously downstairs with Dad, who also took the part of best man…

After an emotional ceremony, now it’s time to relax and enjoy the rest of the day! The Arora has a lovely water feature right inside the main entrance, and I was keen to make use of an unusual shot possibility.

These two posers were little stars! Much to Kevin’s amusement, after telling me I looked like the Prince from Cindarella at the theatre, they then proceeded to call me Cindarella for the rest of the day! All the kids were great fun, and spent the day posing to their hearts content from start to finish…

And finally, another shot of Claire and Terry – clearly enjoying their first dance together as man and wife.
