The marriage of Rachel Chan and Christopher Wallis, Saturday 6th February 2010 at St Peter’s Catholic Church and wedding reception at Danesfield House and Spa, Marlow, Bucks.

Today I’m going to show you Rachel and Chris’ wedding day: you may recall we did a pre wedding photo-shoot a few weeks ago at Danesfield House (although things looked very different then all covered in snow). Just as when we did the pre wedding shoot, Karen assisted for the day – and we’ve got a really nice set of images to show you. We started the day with Chris getting ready with the boys, then went on to Danesfield to meet Rachel as she prepared for the day. The wedding ceremony itself was held at at St. Peter’s Catholic Church a few minutes down the road – with guests being transferred by a traditional London Bus then back to Danesfield House again for the reception. The venue is lovely and although cold weather meant we didn’t get to spend much time outside, it has some great features in the grounds as well as being very ornate inside.
Let’s show you some wedding photos then. You’ve already seen a shot of Chris, who is actually very camera-shy – but you’d never know it from the picture! Here’s a snap of Grant and Rob (Chris’ brother) applying the finishing touches to their outfits…

Another shot of the boys getting ready…

…then moving on to Rachel and the girls:

Rachel was an amazing bride – a really bubbly character never more than a few seconds away from a giggle and a smile! Here’s a quiet shot taken right before leaving the hotel for the wedding ceremony…

Didn’t she look great? Check out the photo below as our couple exchanges vows – I think Chris agrees…

Of course we also took a few detail photos – the flowers were beautiful. Here’s Rachel’s wedding bouquet:

I hope you like what you’re seeing. More yet… let’s take a peek at our newlyweds together…

Aaaah… this is what it’s all about![]()

I’ve just got to show you this one. We were quite pushed for time at this point (and brrr, it was cold outside)… but sometimes just a few minutes effort can really be worthwhile. Loving this one:

Cool. Hmm, what can I show you next? How about the wedding rings – ruby, black diamonds, and the entire ring formed as a Möbius loop. Now that’s pretty cool.

Moving along… let’s have a peek at the first dance…

Ok, one more dance shot…

…and finally… something a little bit different…

Job jobbed.
Brilliant wedding, excellent couple and a very friendly family. 12 hours from leaving home to getting back again but worth every minute. Thanks for having us guys. Have a great honeymoon and I’ll look forward to seeing you again soon!
All the best,
Rob.
