Petition to allow ceremony photographs

In the UK as things stand right now, there seems to be a (largely irrational) obsession by some officials who dictate that no photographs will be taken during the course of a civil ceremony whatsoever.

Carnival de Cuba

Last weekend saw the London Carnival de Cuba: I was there, trusty camera in hand, to photograph the event whilst enjoying the sites and sounds of the day.

Full of colour and atmosphere, the event is a vibrant mixture of sites and sounds, being enjoyed by people from all walks of life…
