Time for some funky pre-wedding photo fun..! Ken and Yi Ling contacted me a while ago for a pre wedding photo shoot in the heart of London, and last week we met in Knightsbridge to do just that. With a full day’s photo shoot scheduled this gave us plenty of opportunity to take a wide variety of pictures from funky and urban, to relaxed and casual. Once over the initial shock of being the centre of attention on the streets of London, our couple soon settled in and relaxed in front of the camera – and turned out to be a really fun couple to photograph. Let’s show you a few pictures then, starting with our couple enjoying their new found ‘celebrity status’ in full wedding attire…

The carousel and pictures below gave me a chance to flaunt my shameless love of bright vibrant colours – which fitted perfectly in with Ken and Yi Ling’s sense of fun – and Yi Ling’s summer dress she’d brought along!
A late second change of clothes, and we have a completely relaxed and informal feel to our final set of pictures:
So there you are… just a few previews from the day. We got stacks more, which I’ll be showing Ken and Yi Ling very soon. Thank you so much for being such a great couple to work with: what a great pair of posers(!)
I should also mention that as a hair and make-up artist, Yi Ling did a fantastic job of her own hair and make-up, even applying touch-ups in the mirror as we were being driven around various parts of London – no mean feat – so if you’re looking for a MUA for your own pre wedding photo shoot take a look at her website:

Thanks Rob for taking the pre wedding photoshoot for Ken and me. It is an enjoyable experience. I am so worried about the photoshoot the day before thinking about my outfit, appearance and background. However, all my worries is gone where Rob is so professional. We walk and we travel and we discover things that is not in our mind. It is so amazing of the background that we manage to get. I do not have to worry about my pose. Rob will guide us and after many shoots we manage to get into our pose easily after that. I will surely recommend Rob to friends if they want to have photoshoot in London. After comparing prices with other photographer, Rob charges reasonably for the amount of time and the number of lenses that he brings.

Photos are great! The couple is very natural and not too posey. Interesting use of background and colours. Can feel the joy and excitment of a newly wedded couple!
Great wedding photos!! The poses look natural and best of all, the whole photoshoot process seems fun!! Haha!! I absolutely love the brilliant splashes of color on the carousel pic and the one with rainbow house background… Ewww… sweet sweet love… Congrats Ken and Yi Ling!! Cheeeeeerrrrsssss!!
